Why I built this
I'm Ian Murphy. I own Iron Pig Smokehouse in Gaylord, Michigan, and I founded Agensys. During COVID I spent a lot of nights battling fake reviews on our Google profile. Our restaurant has been viewed 9.5 million times on Google Maps (as of Oct 2026).
When a wave of 1-star reviews came in from people who'd never set foot in the place, I learned how Google's review system really works: you rarely get a human, and you usually get one good shot at an appeal. So I wrote down what works, using the platforms' own rules.
